He has successfully done major office building redevelopment/repositioning projects, core and shell apartment building construction, major adaptive reuse projects, and has worked extensively in acquisitions and asset management, securing key development entitlements, and managing value-added capital improvement programs.  His projects have won prestigious awards, among the the Urban Land Institute National and Regional Project of the Year (for 1180 Raymond Boulevard, Newark NJ), BOMA Building of the Year/Historic Category (for 744 Broad Street, Newark NJ), and the IBD/Interior Design Magazine Outstanding Achievement Award (for the Zara flagship store, New York NY).


Mr. Lederman holds a Bachelor of Arts degreee from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute, and is a licensed architect in New York State.  He is a past board member of the Newark Arts Council and has participated in Junior Achievement business eduation programs for young public school students.
